Need the Best Ankle Support

I am prone to inversion sprains. Had a severe one this year. Took me out for two months before I could even think about playing basketball again. I have always worn some type of ankle brace. I’ve tried them all. Air casts, lace ups, stirrups. I have issues with all of them. my last injury took place while I was wearing an aircast. Thanks but no thanks. I used the ASO Lace up but it cut off circulation and cut into my skin on the lateral underside of my foot at the end of the fabric. Stirrups are what I am leaning towards to now. I just don’t know. I’m so sick of researching the various braces, I wish I could just lay them all out in front of me and try them on like I was trying on shoes. What would you suggest? I play hard, I need the best. What’s the best technology for me? Please help, i’m desperate. Thanks

This is for a school project and I was wondering if youcould help me get started. I am taking a personalfitness trainer course and we are suppose to address acomman postural or imbalance that may contribute to injury at that area.
The question reads EX. A lateraltracking as a result of decreased glut medius and V.M.Ostrength.
Tightness in the lateral side and gluts andhow this may result in anterior knee pain.

Shoulder injury

I took a hard fall on my shoulder.
When I went to the hospital the doc told me that I did not dislocate or break anything but I did tear a ligament in my shoulder.
I am 47, but I always maintained myself in great physical shape.
He told me that with rest I would fine in ten days and I shouldn’t do any weight training with that shoulder for at least 6 weeks.
Right now I have a shoulder that looks as if it had been dislocated (though it looks better then when I first injured it) and I am worried about getting my st strength and roundness back in the shoulder.Please help.

Bruised Knee

Hi, I was paying basket ball about a month ago and landed heavily on my knee.
I went to hospital but they said it was only bruised.
I play football twice a week and each time since then I hav either being knocked or fallen on my knee and recieved alot of pain. But last week I clashed with someone else’s knee and my knee swelled up.
I now get pain from bending it and walking.
I don’t think this pain will ever go away! some advice would really be appreciated.
