Sacroiliac dysfunction

I am a 53 year old female with a hypermobile sacroiliac joint (goes out many times each day) and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Have been in Physical Therapy for 2 months and cannot keep the joint in place.
How long will this take to get the muscles strong enough to stay in?
What type exercise should I be doing while I am out of alignment so much? Thank you for anything you can tell me.

pain in arm

I have a pain in my right arm. The best way to describe it is kind of like “growing pains” in my arm. The pain is powerful enough to keep me up at night and it hurts in the part of the arm from the elbow down to the wrist. It’s wierd because I had the same pain in my left arm a week or so ago, but it wasn’t as severe. It seems to have moved from the left arm to the right arm and now the pain is 100x worst. I am 28. thanks for your help

wrist pain

(2 discussions)

‘m 27 years old, fairly athletic, and enjoy working out and playing sports. The pain on my outer wrist started about 2 months. Wasn’t too bad at first, and I just assumed I must have strained it and it would go away quickly. It got better then worse again from not really doing much. But now it has continued to get much worse. I can make a strong fist, grab something tightly, and I don’t feel any pain at all. However, if I bend my fingers back (towards my wrist) or the opposite way, and with rotation… the pain is extreme. I am not even able to do a single push-up because of the “pushing” motion against my wrist.
It’s strange because I can’t link it back to any specific injury, and because it doesn’t hurt when I grip something. Any ideas what it could be? Would getting an x-ray help, or does it sound more like a ligament/tendon? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pain in my right ribs under my chest

(4 discussions)

A little over a month ago I was wrestling in my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class and with my right arm extended I tryed to push my partner over top of me. I felt like I pulled something in my ribcage underneath my chest about 3 inchs under my armpit. I also lift weight almost everyday, and I continued to train, the pain was very rare and not very serious. Today in class the pain became worse, and has become a bit uncomfortable again, much like when I first injured it. I’m not sure if it is a muscle injury or a bruise too my ribs or soemthing else. When I take a deep breath it hurts more as if something was pushing up against my ribs.
