My horse has just damaged its bicep tendon and has to be turned out in the field for the next 3 months to heal.
Is there anything I can do with him to ensure that he has no long lasting damage to the tendon/muscle as he is a competition horse and has many years left to compete – he is only 7.
Is it possible for someone in their 50’s to develope this problem.
If not I would like to find information re: muscles around the popliteal causing pain from the back of the knee to the right front below the knee cap, going down along the leg and across the foot to the baby toe.
If he rests, the pain goes away.

I started out having lower back pain.

I have no insurance or $$ and cannot afford physical therapy. Can you tell me what sort of physical therapy there is for a broken patella that I can do at home?
