I currently suffer from chrondromalacia. Over the winter I was tapping the knee cap to help alleviate the problem. Now that summer is here, the tape just won’t stick due to the heat and moisture.
I play tennis, and I’m experiencing discomfort especially on the serve.
Would something like the gel band help my situation?
I’m kind of turned off by some of the more cumbersome braces.
