hey i’m currently playing football and a week ago from tomorrow I started feeling pulling in my hamstring. when the pain became to bother me while running, I sat out for a day. after that day, I suited up in pads and soon after sprinting I felt the pain coming back.
I decided to hold it out until I couldnt feel the pain anymore. so I waited four days and I decided I didn’t want to miss anymore. today I felt very little pain and decided to bear it. about 1 hour after practice started I limped into the training room. I have trouble walking, I can hardly bend over, and I can feel the pain while just sitting here typing. if anyone is in a similar situation or has a suggestion, please e-mail [email protected]
