Ongoing rib pains–please help!!

Ok to start I guess you need to know that I am a 14 year female, I am involved in volleyball, basketball, and run sprints and hurdles in track. My pains started about a year ago during basketball practice, while touching the line on a crusher, I “popped my rib out of place” (which was the diagnosis for it) and ever since I’ve had pretty constant pains in my ribs during physical activities, and sometimes just during normal everyday life. I’ve went to the chiropractor very numerous times and he puts my ribs back into place and puts my back back in too. Normally my back very out of place when I go (which is usually once a month, sometimes more) My pains are in the lower parts of both sides of my ribs in the front, back, and side of my body. They hurt along my upper back and between my shoulder blades. *and between my shoulder blades hurts almost all the time, during or not with any activity*
Ok i hope I have described my injurys enough to help you help me and give me your input on what you think is wrong here! I would love and greatly appreciate any answers or stories you may have

I don’t really have or know of a solution to tell you but I have the same problem. I just ‘popped my ribs out of place’ also while I was rowing(that is my sport, I am a sophomore in college). As far as my diagnosis goes I was told it was an intercostal injury as well as numerous other things for me including a winged left scapula, rotator cuff problems and the ‘normal’ upper back pain that I am getting used to.
I know it has been a while since you posted this but I hope you are feeling better and I could give you some ideas of things to investigate!
