Please Help!! ouch my knee
Okay this is my problem and stay with me cause i have no idea when it comes to injuries, ive had lots but i dont know the names of them anyhow.
My knee cap on the inside of my legs is sore, it prevents me from running, and i can hardly bent it. My legs also stiffens up sometimes because of it. I need to play sport in one week can someone give me some advice??

Pain on the kneecap can sometimes be due to the patella tracking incorrectly. A good taping technique should take most of the pain away immediately.
The causes of the problem need to be looked at.
