Squatting with both heels on the floor

When I perform a full squat, my heels come off the ground and my knees are right out over my ankles, which I know is bad for my knees. I would like to know which leg muscles I need to work on to allow myself to do a full squat with both heels on the floor. Please help! Thanks.

You probably need to do some calf stretches.
