stabbing pain foot/ankle
Started last Feb. I’ve had xrays..not broken. gout test negative.
The pain only stops when I am sitting and not moving my foot/ankle. Pain is most severe when I turn my foot on its side, sharp stabbing pain. On a daily basis the pain seems to start near the arch and run straight up through the bone on the inside of my ankle and about 3 inches more straight up my ankle. Please help me. I am being sent from Doctor to Doctor with no results.

Without examining your foot and ankle, I can not be sure. One thought I have is a Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. Another is Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. I would recommend a MRI. Have you seen a podiatrist?
