stomach excersizes

I have had five abdominal surgeries (cut open in the same place) and cannot lose my stomach.
I must be careful regarding the types of excersizes I do.
Is there an effective excersize for me? Nothing can be too strenuous due to the types of surgeries.My doctor is no help in giving me a workout outline and joining a gym is not an option. Thanks

    i’ve found that the best work out is to lay flat on your back on a hard sutface (floor) and hold on to a couch, pole, something stable. lift your legs into the air and raise them to where your sensored is no longer on the floor, then bring it back down, continue. all ways contract your stomach muscles right before you bring your legs back down.
