toe numbness

I’m 26yrs old and walked in a wedding 2wks ago and danced all night with heels. Come to find out when I took them off I think the straps were stopping circulation to my toes.
So painful was in tears to the touch.
Sore next day but could walk fine. Three and four days later I experienced numbness all the way up to ankles and even some hand numbness as well.
then went away but stayed with right toe next to big toe staying numb all the time and now everytime I get out of bed in the morning it feels just like when you used to jump off of a swing and the stabbing in your feet like no circulation.
What is wrong with me and could this be serious if I don’t get it checked out?
I just thought by 2wks it would go away.
