Will someone please help me??

I am currently in cross country and volleyball. I have had pain behind my right knee, not behind my kneecap, for a couple of weeks. The pain is not directly behind my knee, it is more towards the back right of the knee. There is no swelling.
Do you have any idea of what it might be or what I can do about it?

look into bicep femoris tendonitis…i was diagnosed with it last year and the pain/ache has since left.

Or even tendintis of the calf muscle (gastrocnemius)

Could it be tendinitis of the hamstrings?
