Fractured Heel
After a fall, I fractured my left heel & cudnt walk on my right foot either although it wasn’t fractured. I still get pain at the back of my right heel as I started putting pressure on it 2wks after the injury. My left heel has started to heal 7 wks later. I now feel pain in both feet with the cold weather & im still not able to walk without crutches.
How much longer will it take for both my feet to get back to normal? Are there any calcium tablets I can take to speed up the recovery?

There is not acurate answer I can give you without seeing your foot and looking at x-rays. The answer is best to come from the doctor who treated you.
