Morton’s Toe and Pronation
I seem to have all the symptoms of Morton’s Toe, including a short 1st Ray and a great toe metatarsal that doesn’t take full ground pressure when I run, walk or stant, unless I pronate too far and roll my knee in medially.
I have sore right medial ligament and and soreness under my fifth mets left and right, as I spend too much time with most of my weight on them.
I lift my heels early in a bid to keep from pronate past the point of no-return.
Will a Morton’s toe extension help me without causing further problems?

From your description it is possible that a Morton's extension on a biomechanically correct custom orthotic might be helpful. A podiatrist would know how to order this in a prescription
