Osteoporosis

I am an elderly lady suffering from this bone condition, which has been especially damaging to my spine.
My doctor has been very unhelpful.
Please could u help me.
I am trying to find out about back supports in the form of a belt or corset to help with the pain and my posture.
I would ideally like to know if there is anywhere in the South of England where I can go to get fitted for one.
