Not ingrown toenail
I have a pus filled blister growing alongside my big toe. It is not an ingrown toenail as I can separate the toenail from the side of my skin and there is no growth. It doesn’t hurt to to the touch, except at the top of the blister where its pressure point seems to lie. I drained it two weeks ago and was healing very nicely. It was still tender and I went hiking which once again cause the inflammation. It pulses and that alarms me. Do you think this is anything more than just a blister? Any advice?

You may have a paronychia. You should see a podiatrist to have this further examined.
