lower right abdominal pain/testicle

I have been having some pain in the lower right quadrant/right testicle to make a long story short my Dr’s think it “may” be a sports hernia, this was a onset thing. I compete in natural bodybuilding and was training with my trainer then all of a sudden 3 days later not lifting I started to feel it. the muscle used to spasm but doesn’t anymore and aches on and off, with my right testicle feeling abnormal. any advice? I feel like im trapped in closet getting some help on this with my doctors U don’t know what doctor to contact next, I know these things are hard to diagnose if it’s a pulled muscle strained or torn Thanks!

Abdominal exercises for after hysterectomy

I had a hysterectomy in January & I’m beginning to develop some back pain which I think is associated with weak stomach muscle.
I started riding a bike, but I broke my leg several years ago & need a knee replacement.
The pain has increased in the leg & it is swelling.
What kind of exercise can I do to get my stomach muscles back, but not hurt my leg.
I am also driving 50 minutes back & forth from work & my leg seems to be swelling & having pain around the break points.
Is this normal?

Recurring quad injury

I pulled my right quad jumping over a softball rolling towards me two summers ago – freakiest injury I’ve ever had.
Intense pain, I couldn’t run at all.
I spent the rest of that summer plating various sports in pain. Last summer was fine but then this summer I started with an Ultimate frisbee tournament and while running in the fourth game of the first day, I reaggrevated it.
I play hockey, soccer, ultimate, and ride mountain bikes – I stretch and use deep heat and a neoprene thigh sleeve which prevents further injury, but I am not fixing the injury.
It is not the push off but recoil or pull through of my leg that causes the pain. Any suggestions for rehab/strengthening would be greatly appreciated.Rob.

I recently got my cast off after 5 weeks, the doctor gave me an air cast to wear. I asked him about physical therapy, he said he would let me know when I come back in 3 weeks. My main concern is should I be going to physical therapy as soon as possible or just wait like the doc told me?

Learning to walk again after crutches.

I fractured a bone in my legg, down by my ankel.
It has been almost 5 weeks.
My doctor said I can put full weight on it now, and can walk without the crutches whenever I am ready.
I just can’t seem to take that first step.
I was wondering if there is suppose to be a little discomfort? Or should I wait until it doesn’t hurt at all?
I am not even sure how much it will hurt because I haven’t taken my first step yet, but when I sit down and press weight on it, it doesn’t hurt real bad, just feels kind of brused. But I was reading a comment on this site that said there is suppose to be discomfort at first, and was just wondering if this was true?

Bicep Tendonitis

I have been told by my doctor that I have bicep tendonitis in one arm.
Since I’m on an HMO it’s next to impossible to get PT so he suggested I do some internet research for therapy.
I’m an avid runner and I weight train at the gym (hence my injury I believe).
I have adjusted my routine but would like some exercises that may help alleviate the pain or help prevent further problems. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
