my 45 year old father suffers from cervical spond. asociated with a bare-lieou syndrom. there is nerve root is not afected. can anyone e-mail me an exercise program? thx

Hi, I am Linda from Prishtina and I am 31 Yrs. old. I was diagnostified with spondilosys. I usually have head aches and sometimes I feel dizzy too. I would like to learn from you about which are the best ways to fight spondylodis because it is reall a boaring illness, and it also makes my life difficult. Do you heve any suggestions for me.
