foot stench and fungus?

i have wierd little clumps of raised skin on my heel, and the area arround my toes is scaly. when they are wet there are little craters in the skin. my feet also smell horrible, litterally stinking up a room. but I am not experiencing any itching or burning. I would think this is athletes foot, but the lack of itching and burnings makes me think it might be something else. something is definatly living in my feet, they foam like crazy when I put peroxide on them. what do you think this is? thanks a lot!

You might have a sweat problem. Bacteria on your skin eat the fatty acids in sweat and give off the odor. Sweat also can cause the skin to dry and crack. If you are wearing shoes that are all man made material, your feet will sweat a great deal. You should make sure to wash your feet with an antibacterial soap daily. Wear socks made with Cool Max which will wick perspiration away. You can use an anti-perpirant such as Mitchum on your feet.
