Inside elbow, very strange (not golfers or tennis)

Pain is very bottom of forearm next to elbow.

I’ve been pitching for about 12 years and I’ve never had an arm problem. Last week I was throwing and it felt fine. The day after, the inside of my elbow felt tight, but only when I extended my arm all the way. It does’nt hurt to squeeze my fist, or tighten my forearm or do wrist curls…no pain.

So I took a week off and went to do some light throwing today and when I would throw it felt like the inside of my elbow would tighten up. Then 5 seconds later after stretching my arm all the way…the pain goes away. The the next pitch the cycle begins again.

I have full ROM with my arm. I just don’t get it. I went to an Orthopaedic surgeon and he gave me some excercises. Thats it!

I don’t know what to do, Ive R.I.C.E ‘d for a week. But ONLY hurts when I throw but stops hurting abrubtly after.

Please Help!!

Many Thanks
