left knee swell
5 years ago I had my right knee scoped.As a runner for 30 years with 13 marathons at 190 lbs.
I knew the left knee was heading down the same road.Now I have swelling and some fluid.
Is a scope the next step? Or will rest Ice Compression elevation and a brace heal me?
