Lower Back Injury
I am suffering from torn ligaments in the lower area of my back, this resulted from a long-term shoulder injury causing stress to my back. I now have a total of eight muscle tears in my shoulder and back. Is there anyone that is going through the same problem or has done in the past. Any replies would be most appreciated! Thanks
