Pain in the back of my knee.
I’m training for a marathon and have began experiencing a dull aching pain in the back of my knee on long runs. In the past I have been able to run through it with the pain subsiding after about 15 minutes, however last time the pain just continued to get worse and I ended up hobbling home. It has been 9 days since and I can tell that my knee is not right. I now have a little tenderness on the outside of my knee and it feels fragile.
