Rib injury
got an impact stike of a hockey stick full whack in the side of my ribs. X ray shows no break. Cant run properly or train properly with the xtreme pain running from my chest all the way to my back. When i press against my chest i get a sharp pain radiating all the way through to my back. Funny thing is where i got the impact isnt the sorest point. How long will this take to heal?Its purely frustarcting
