Shoulder dislocation

I am 35 years old, weigh 70 kilos and I have always been very active by doing sports. Recently, (six months ago) I dislocated my left shoulder, playing soccer. I would like suggestions regarding what kind of excersices I can do to strengthen my shuolder. I sill feel it very weak and if I am lying in bed on my left elbow I feel unconfortable after sometime.Regards,Harold Dutton
