Bleeding after distance runs

Although I’ve been running for several years including marathons/ half marathons without problems I’ve recently started passing blood with my water after training runs (8 – 12 miles). I’ve had medical examinations including several blood tests, IV Urogram & a cystoscopy which revealed nothing sinister. I was told its most likely a condition soldiers occasionally suffer from after severe physical training exercises (March hemophilia) and not a cause for concern. The precise cause I am told is unknown. Can anyone please shed any light on this e.g. heard of it before, personal experience?
