I am having ciatic nerve pain in my left hamstring area.
It has continued for about 3 months now, and I’m not having much luck healing it. Any stretching suggestions? Thanks,Matt

I will suggest you going to have therapeutic massage, that will help big time, it is probable that you have the nerve pinched somewhere do to an inflamation of a muscle.

well i have ben having hip and lower back trouble and wondering if i put presure in my ciatic if that would help??

What is the correct spelling of sciatic nerve? Where is the peraformus? What is the peraformus when speaking of hip surgery?

Matt, I’m having the same problem with my right leg. In fact I thought I had PAD or Claudication until yesterday when the doctor told me my blood flow was fine. I’m taking LEG CRAMP over the counter. My prescription could not be filled, it on back order which was “Quinine.” I was on the floor last night trying to stretch and move.

Hi im ben i have had a sore left leg for about 6 weeks now find out its all 8 ciatic nervs were pinched, i seen a guy dr who put them back in ive stiil got a sore leg in the glutes and my hamstring, been taking magneisum will that help can u send me some streches and some info on how too heal itregards ben
