I have what I can only guess is a groin pull-pain deep inside where my thigh meets my hip. I can’t lift my leg straight out in front and have no strenght with this movement.
It was gradual from lots of tennis,golf and high-intensity workout classes. How can I get it to heal quickly without resting it for 6 months. I’d like to continue my activity without so much pain-would some sort of brace help? I’m willing to slow it down but don’t want to stop altogether. I’m a 43year old female-very healthy.
