Has anyone had this foot problem?
I’ve been running 4 times a week and this past week have upped it to 6 times. After my run, my feet started aching(throbbing)around my heel and along the sided of my feet. It is worst in the morning,slowly fades,I’m on my feet a lot in the day,so it starts hurting as the day goes on. Any suggestions or advice??? I’ve been resting for 3 days now….
