I felt a snap in my calf
I work out regularly and was recently taking a step aerobic class. About half way through, my calf muscle seemed tight.
I stretched it out and started back with the aerobics.
Shortly after, I felt a “snap” in my calf (like a rubber band snapping)I couldn’t stand on the leg, as it felt like it was severely cramping up.
I was off it two days before heading to the doctor.
I could walk almost normally after about a week (a little limp) however, then the pain shifted from the middle to the top of my calf and standing on it was painful.
It has been a month.
I am scheduled to see an orthopedic doctor however, I am DYING to get out and run again.
I just have no idea what it might be or what to expect……..Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions?????
