Need help for recovering from a fractured/sprained wrist!

I fractured my wrist about 7 months ago, and only 12 weeks after the original injury, I fractured it again. The fracture is gone now, but the wrist is very weak and it sprains easily.

Its been well over 4 weeks since I last sprained it, but its not healing very well. I am using MSM on the wrist to try and strengthen the tendon, combined with stretching and mild strength training (that doesn’t irritate the injury)

Some other people have told me that glucosamine sulphate works well for healing a sprain, so Im going to try that too.

Is there anything else I should be doing to make my wrist heal faster?
