Recurring calf pain

Felt a calf pull 12 months ago during a track workout. soreness and some burning in the center line of the upper calf (5 inches below knee). Since then even after weeks of rest, ice and stretching, have never been able to run more than 15 -20 easy minutes before the pain returns. I also feel this after swimming (from pushing off the wall). Cycling does not seem to affect it. Am now trying to recover to resume triatholon racing. Help!
