I need PT tips for Herniated Disc
Hi,I’m a grad student and my insurance doesn’t cover physical therapy. I herniated a disc in my lower back doing deadlifts and I was looking for some tips. I haven’t worked out in 3 months and the inflamation is down. I feel much better and there isn’t the constant pain anymore. What I would like are some exercise tips, particularly for safely increasing core strength while avoiding a recurrence. Thank you!

Core strength is sooo important for a healthy and stable spine. Check out this wesitesensored This will give you some ideas on core strengthening... I really like to use a theraball to obtain maximum results...let pain be your guide...IF IT HURTS...DON'T DO IT!!!This is NOT the no pain no gain theory. Back pain don't play that!Good luck
