Recurring Groin Injury

I’ve had a recurring injury at the top of my groin on my right leg where the muscle joins the bone, it has been coming and going for nearly 18 months now. I’ve tried stretching before sport which increases the chance of it occuring so i’m stuck for a cure. Strapping it up works generally but i can’t strap it up indefinately.

Have you checked to see whether your hip joints are functioning normally. I have had problems in the past where the sacro-iliac joint locks up, which can cause groin pain. A specialist can free the joint with gentle rocking.
