Shoulder/ chest pain when lifting!!!!!!
I am a football player (longsnaper)that is really trying to gain some weight in the offseason. I work out very intense 3 to 4 times a week with weights. I am feeling a very sharp apin in the front and all in my shoulder/pec area when ever i bench press or lateral raises. I NEED TO BENCH TO GET BIGGER AND STRONGER. With all this pain, i can’t max out and get stronger. please…how do i know what really is wrong and how do i make it go away?
