i hurt my middle toe on the left foot
Today when I opened up the freezer to get ice a 7 pound chunk of meat fell on my middle toe of the left foot… It hurts a lot and is kinda red… What do I do and is it broken?

I’m a female, age 60, with no symptoms or evidence of osteopirosis, and my question is this… I fell down the stairs approx 2 weeks ago and broke my fibula mid-bone. I have been given a “walking” cast for 6 weeks and was told that I should be able to stop feeling the bone “move” after two weeks, and still am feeling it move… is this normal?? Should I be concerned?? Thank you

To Whom it may concern,Approximately 5 years (1997) ago, I had a tibia platea fracture. My MCL did not heal properly at the time and in 2019 I had further work to tighten the MCL up. My ACL & PCL are stretched and I still have some MCL instability. This all occurred on my left knee. When I walk my left leg has a valgus condition at the knee joint. My question is what type of knee brace could I get to help my situation. I have been looking at different knee braces my Don-Joy. I have been to my orthopedic doctor within the last couple of weeks and he did agree that a brace might help my situtation. Problem my insurance is not being very helpful and at the current time it is cheaper to order a brace online than to go with insurance for a custom brace. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.SincerelyBob

4 Days ago 8/6 I Fell and broke my left Tibiaand Fibula I had Surgury the 7th for thatPlus I don`t know what else, MaybeLigament strain also, Anyway I have so Much Pain Ican`t hardly stand it…It`s impossible to place any weight on my left leg… I was given Hydroccodone5/500which didn`t touch the pain…Then put on Darvocet-n100 which doesn`t help…. I hait Drugs bet I can`t stand this pain.. I am 63, Live alone, Can`t afford someone to come in and help me..Is there anything I can do to ease this PAIN ?…. I have a followup the 14th. I am totaly beside my self… It hurts so much Iwould CRY if it would do any good…Any suggestions? Thanks Edward…
